​Born on April 16, 1978, in Kocaeli, Mehmet AYTEMİR graduated from Sakarya University's Electrical and Electronics Engineering department in 1999. In 2003, he completed his Master's degree at Sakarya University's Institute of Science, earning the title of Electrical Engineer. 

Throughout his professional career, he has held mid and senior management positions in corporate firms, mainly focusing on Low Voltage Systems in the fields of Sales, Marketing, and Production. 

Additionally, Mehmet AYTEMİR provides consultancy as a Performance Coach, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
